Heyho!
What are you doing right now? Well, I hope you do a beneficial activity every day. I’m being so productive lately after I passed a day without doing anything. It makes me sick for now. Because on that day, I literally ain’t done anything for 24 hours. It’s so bad guys. You know, I didn’t eat, pray, even I just drink the water that I prepared last night. Because I always prepare a bottle of water beside my bed. Because being hydrated is important. Mineral water also gives you many benefits. It will be good for the body's health and your skin. Yeah..but because I didn’t eat for 24 hours then I got a stomachache. Because I’ve ever got the Magh disease so I’m vulnerable to this disease. And I also passed my pray and it’s the worst.
The next day til now, I never feel as lazy as that day. I’m being so productive. I wake up at 3 a.m every day. Then I do a lot of things. It makes me feel more healthy. In another case, I feel strange about my sleeping time. Because I will take a nap at 12 p.m till 6 p.m then wake up. But after that, I’m gonna sleep at 9 p.m. I don’t know if it’s healthy or not but I think, I've spent too much time to take a nap.
I’m trying to be a morning person even though I have to sleep in the afternoon. Because my sleeping time is early too, I think it’s just okay.
Well, as a morning person, what kind of things that I did? Uhm.
After doing exercise in the morning. I checked my email and my social media first. After that, I take a bath and use my morning skincare routine. Next, I’m gonna join an online class or I just do the task. I have a lot of tasks every day and I’m trying to do it in the morning. Because, naturally, our brain will be productive at 7 a.m till 10 a.m so if we do something by using the brain at that time, the result will be better. It’s the same as if you’re reading something at that time, the lesson that you got from the book will be remembered well in your mind.
If you don’t have any task to do, then let’s read the book or the news. But I think there are a lot of differences when you read both of them. If you read a book or a journal article, you’ll get a science. But if you read the news then you’ll get the knowledge. And I think both science and knowledge is important. By reading the news, you’ll know the happening phenomena that day. By reading a book or other sources of science, you can analyze the phenomena by your science. Science will make you think twice if you read a piece of information. By your analysis, then you can separate the truth and the hoax. So your brain can choose the right one to be your knowledge.
The ability to make a difference between the truth and the hoax is important. But it’s also important for you to filter the information that you got before you share it with others. Because, if you doubt the validation of that information, it’s better for you to not share it with people. Especially if it ain't a piece of good information. Make sure you know that information is valid and legitimate by an authorized party, so you won’t make a hoax for others.
I also hope, if we are can avoid the conspiration theory. I exactly don’t understand why the conspiration called a theory. As I know, the theory is something that has been tested and proven. While conspiration ain't been proven or tested. It’s just a lot of facts that be gathered from more than one perspective.
I’ve ever thought if the conspiration theory is real for some cases. Well, I think it’s almost the same as an anti-thesis from another theory. But if people just gathered the information based on the unknown fact without giving an opposite perspective (with proof) from another theory, I think it couldn’t be a conspiration theory. It’s just a conspiration without theory. Because to make a thing to be a theory, it needs so many processes. An academic, who wanna make a new theory might be failed before the theory has been tested because there ain't enough things to be proved.
So be careful with the words that you used. If you feel it’s a new word for you then check out the real definition of that word first. And you can't just depend your research on the dictionary. You have to know from where that word has been spoken for the first time, so you can find the real meaning of a word.
Thank you for reading this. I hope it will give a benefit for you and have a nice day!
Cheer,
Nica
